As part of the proposal for a West Midlands National Park, Birmingham City University is working closely with the Environment Agency, Severn Trent, the Wildlife Trust, the Princes Trust and other national agencies to develop an ITKI centre in the Tame/Blythe Valley to develop traditional and new land based skills as part of a future proofing initiative for the West Midlands.
