- Removing roof markings
- Restoring wooden double windows and doors
- Removing cement and plaster before new surface is applied
- Re-opening windows and doors that were in original building
- Removing metal gutter anf replacing with appropriate material
- Removing a film-projection booth
- Preparing the interior for Phase-II work by removing all concrete floor surfaces and recent gympsum board coverings
